In 2025, Kinase reached a key moment. Marking its 15th anniversary, Kinase announced a new chapter: becoming an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT).

Co-founders Richard and Chris remain at the agency, working closely with Kinase’s leadership team to ensure consistency and ongoing growth for its clients, its people and the agency. James Monaghan, Client Services Director, leads its Client teams, strategy and relationships.
