Toby Wells: Campaign Face to Watch
Toby Wells, Kinase Account Director, has been named as one of Campaign Magazine’s Faces to Watch 2025.
A graduate of the Kinase Academy training programme, Toby became account director at Kinase in 2023, aged 26. We talked to him about his career at Kinase in an in depth interview. Today he leads one of Kinase’s key accounts, the Watches of Switzerland Group, and the agency’s relationship with Google.
Toby’s passion for seeking out bottlenecks and processes that AI and automation can simplify has resulted in impressive outcomes for its clients. From automated visualisations of consumer paths to purchase and robust measurement frameworks, to developing a dashboard that centralises all client data, improving ROAS and market share and saving each client two weeks a year previously spent manually pulling data.
Toby plays a key role in Kinase maintaining its early adopter status with Google, with Toby meeting with the platform’s product managers to give them feedback and to learn about new developments. Toby also runs internal training on everything from group hackathons, to google analytics.
